Achieves Sales goals defined in coordination with General Manager and Company Sales TeamImplements strategies to improve market penetration and sales productivityIncreases sales volume and profitability by formulating and executing projects for all market areas as stated in the Hotel Business PlanImproves call productivity monitoring and tracking results and analyses sales statistics to formulate profitabilityReviews market analysis to define client needs, occupancy potential, desired rates, etcNegotiates with clients to achieve maximum profit while satisfying client needsMeets the budgeted sales results and profit margins by soliciting, evaluating, selling and confirming businessPlans for and implements strategies to maintain and increase the volume of business thorough Sales promotionMonitors the Sales' Department's budget, taking corrective actions for any deviationMaintains accurate sales statistics and account records and provides feedback to General Manager on changing market conditions and trends in competition
Requirements
Quality management skills are neededSeveral years of sales experience in Italy preferably at a high-level Hotel, as well as an established network in ItalyItalian and English confidence are mandatory. German language skills are a plusGreat attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and team working skillsMaster degree preferably
