Responsibilities
* Achieve sales and development objectives in the assigned geographical area: DACH & East Europe, according to the company's sales strategy.
* Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and acting as a strategic partner.
* Lead a team of Area Sales Managers and Customer Service assistants dedicated to the business area.
Organization
* Report to the EMEA Sales Director.
Duties
* Develop and manage commercial relationships and sales of flexible packaging and integrated solutions for packaging in the designated regions.
* Set regional sales targets and identify new market needs and opportunities.
* Research, identify, and evaluate business development opportunities.
* Support the EMEA Sales Director in developing the business plan.
Skills and Qualifications
* Degree required.
* At least 10 years of experience in a similar B2B sales position.
* Fluent in English, German, and Italian.
* Strong communication, listening skills, and a positive attitude.
* Leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills.
* Goal-oriented mindset.
