Sales Manager for Energy Storage Solutions
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering tailored energy storage solutions. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of BESS technology, market trends, and customer needs, along with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Main Accountabilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the energy storage market.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including utility-scale projects, commercial & industrial (C&I) applications, and microgrid solutions.
* Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
* Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions that align with their technical and financial goals.
* Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy storage, renewable energy, or power systems sectors.
* Strong understanding of BESS technology, including lithium-ion batteries, inverters, and power conversion systems.
* Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
* Technical knowledge of grid-scale and behind-the-meter energy storage applications.
* Experience in renewable energy project financing or sales.
* Familiarity with energy policies, grid interconnection standards, and market regulations.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
