We are looking for a motivated\nPerformance Marketing Specialist\nto join our growth team and help us scale our presence in the Italian market. As a B Corp-certified company, we are committed to high standards of social and environmental impact—while maintaining a fast-paced, result-oriented growth trajectory.

You will be the driving force behind our paid acquisition strategy in Italy, ensuring we reach the right audience through a mix of technical precision and creative experimentation.

💼 Key Responsibilities

\n

- Full-Funnel Management:\nManage and optimise paid channels with a primary focus on\nGoogle Ads\nand\nMeta\n, ensuring consistent scaling of budgets and results.
\n
- Technical Reporting & Insights:\nOwn the reporting cycle, turning complex data sets into actionable learnings to optimise future campaigns and creative assets.
\n
- Testing & Optimisation:\nInitiate and execute rigorous\nA/B testing\nframeworks, focusing specifically on\nLanding Page performance\nand conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
\n
- Creative Collaboration:\nWork closely with internal teams and external creative agencies to produce high-performing assets based on performance data.
\n
- Scaling & Growth:\nImplement strategies to scale the business in Italy, maintaining a balance between aggressive volume growth and efficiency.
\n

\n🛠 Technical Expertise: Google Ads\nWhile you will manage multiple channels, we require deep technical proficiency in Google Ads:\n

\n
- Advanced Architecture & Bidding:\nExpert management of Search (RSA),\nPerformance Max (PMax)\n, and Shopping structures, with a focus on feeding the algorithm high-quality signals and utilising Smart Bidding (tCPA/tROAS) effectively.
\n
- Feed & Technical Management:\nHands-on experience with\nGoogle Merchant Center\n(feed rules/supplemental feeds) and a solid understanding of tracking protocols like\nGoogle Tag Manager (GTM)\nand Enhanced Conversions.
\n

\n💎 What You Bring\n

- Experience:\nAt least 2-3 years in performance marketing with a proven track record of scaling businesses.
\n
- Languages:\nNative Italian\nspeaker with\nFluent English\nskills (essential for international team collaboration).
\n
- Mindset:\nHighly organised, process-driven, and \"hands-on.\" You enjoy digging into the details as much as looking at the big-picture business goals.
\n
- The \"Plus\" Factors:\nKnow-how in\nTikTok Ads\n,\nAffiliate Marketing\n, and\nInfluencer-led performance\nis a significant advantage.
\n
- Creativity:\nA natural ability to bridge the gap between hard data and creative storytelling.
\n

\n⏳\nThe interview process:\n

\n
1. Initial call with your dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner for 45 minutes, carried out remotely.
\n
2. Take home task: This will be sent to you via email and will be used to understand more about your technical skills.
\n
3. Skills interview: 60 minutes remote call where the team will be learning more about your technical capabilities.
\n
4. Behaviours interview: 60 minutes in person interview in our office in Milan where you will meet with more squad members, who will be assessing your alignment to the behaviours required to be successful in this role.
\n

\nWe usually expect our interview process to take 3-5 weeks, end to end.\n🎁 What We Offer\n
