At Bosch Rexroth, within our Graduate Specialist Program (GSP), you will join the Sales Construction Machinery team in a truly international environment, playing a key role in driving innovation within the Mobile sector. This is a unique opportunity to blend cutting‑edge technology with hands‑on application engineering and strategic customer partnerships.
Junior Sales Engineer – you will be a sales and technical partner for our customers and a key contributor to the development and promotion of Bosch Rexroth Mobile solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive innovation by promoting our full Mobile portfolio – from hydraulic components to electronics and software, electric motors, inverters, and IoT services.
- Build strong partnerships with the local Application team and our Headquarters in Germany, sharing best practices and contributing to continuous growth.
- Own projects end‑to‑end, from defining technical specifications together with customers to supporting implementation onsite when needed.
- Understand and anticipate market trends, guiding customers toward the most effective and forward‑looking solutions.
- Grow internationally, gaining specialized expertise in Mobile applications through structured training programs in Italy and Germany.
- Seal the deal – manage the negotiation and define agreements with our partners.
Qualifications:
- Education: MSc in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aerospace Engineering
- Languages: Fluent in Italian and English
- Experience: ~1 year of relevant experience or internship in a technical/application environment (preferred)
- Work style: Analytical mindset, results‑driven approach, strong collaboration skills, business acumen, and pragmatism
- Mindset: Curiosity for industrial and technological topics, continuous learning attitude, and willingness to travel in Italy and abroad

Compensation: the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position lies within the range €31,000 – €34,000 for a 40‑hour work week. The remuneration package also includes an individual performance‑related premio.
