PpThe Product Manager plays a key role in managing life cycle for existing products, involving Werfen and Technology partners stakeholders. He/she provides continuous support to Dealers and Affiliates to promote Werfen Clinical Chemistry Solutions and to achieve sales and service level targets. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 pInspire the growth of Clinical Chemistry Product Line: /p ul liIdentify needs and feedback from the market to improve existing products or to develop new ones. /li liMonitor sales trends and product performance to reach yearly objectives and implement fixing actions, if any. /li liManage healthiness of reagent product portfolio, monitoring trends, collecting forecast and discussing needs with stakeholders. /li liKeeping alignment on performance with stakeholders, monitor Product Life Cycle and drive status transitions from launch to discontinuation. /li /ul h3Support partners in their path to success: /h3 ul liPromote Clinical Chemistry portfolio, in collaboration with Clinical Affairs Manager, to improve Distributors and Affiliates market penetration and to elevate their commitment. /li liCoordinate preparation and delivery of tools to support Dealers and Affiliates in their marketing activities, in collaboration with Product Specialist (website, advertising, manuals, training materials, competitor assessment…). /li liTake part in scientific days and events (seminars, trade shows, congresses, etc…) to reinforce CCH branding. /li liImplement launch strategies for new products. /li /ul pMonitoring product sales performance and collaborate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing Centers to adjust manufacturing scheduling in accordance with the market demand. /p h3Minimum Knowledge Experience required for the position /h3 pQualification: /p ul liDegree in scientific/engineering disciplines /li liMaster would be a plus. /li /ul pExperience: /p ul li2 years of experience in product management roles within a multinational environment. /li liFamiliarity with manufacturing cycle and product lifecycle management /li /ul pAdditional knowledge: /p ul liKnowledge of clinical chemistry and toxicology reagent technologies (colorimetric, immunoenzymatic and ISE). /li liOperating principles of diagnostic instrumentation in the clinical chemistry / pharmaceutical analysis sector. /li liKnowledge of regulatory impact /li liOther languages: Italian /li /ul h3Skills Capabilities /h3 ul liAnalytical and critical thinking /li liAttention to detail and accuracy /li liTime management and priority setting skills /li liProactive problem solving /li liPlanning and organization skills /li liTeamwork and cooperation /li liTeam management /li /ul h3Travel requirements /h3 pUp to 20% of the working time. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
