Job Description:
Achieve the sales and profitability targets agreed with management within the nominated Customers panel and the assigned Countries / Areas / Regions.
Responsibilities include:
1. Understanding the market: Customer mapping, competitive environment analysis, and understanding pricing/delivery times requested by local customers.
2. Developing potential customers in the assigned areas.
3. Ensuring SEKO registration and pre-qualification in vendor lists.
4. Building relationships with customers’ decision makers and technical teams.
5. Stimulating inquiries and tenders for available products.
6. Preparing proposals or tenders.
7. Participating in bidding procedures.
8. Attending negotiations up to the final contract award.
9. Managing existing agents and distributors, proposing sales targets, and measuring their performance.
10. Proposing, screening, and participating in the selection of new agents or distributors.
11. Ensuring full payment is received in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.
12. Preparing and discussing sales and visit reports.
