PpOur client is a global leader in intelligent motion technology, designing the world's most compact, high‑efficiency servo drives and motion controllers. Their solutions power the most demanding applications across robotics, semiconductor manufacturing, medical devices, and industrial automation — wherever precision, reliability, and performance cannot be compromised. /p pWith a strong growth trajectory and an expanding European presence, they are looking for a high‑performing Sales Director to own and develop the Germany Italy territory. /p pThis is a leadership role for a technically credible sales professional who knows the motion control landscape and is ready to build meaningful relationships with strategic customers. You will have the backing of a world‑class engineering team and a product portfolio that speaks for itself. /p pYou will be fully accountable for territory activities, with the autonomy to develop, enhance, and execute the Sales Development Plan for your region. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libLead and Develop the Team: /b Drive revenue growth by training, coaching, mentoring, and leading the regional sales team to achieve both corporate and individual goals. /li libManage Strategic Portfolios: /b Personally manage a portfolio of strategically important customers to ensure growth and development in line with the global sales plan. /li libDrive Territory Potential: /b Take full accountability for all sales leads to ensure the territory achieves its full growth potential. /li libEngage Prospective Customers: /b Actively visit current and prospective customers throughout the territory alongside your Sales Engineering team. /li libBridge Local Global Operations: /b Manage the interface and collaboration between the German Branch Office and Global HQ, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with company policies. /li libExecute Marketing Strategy: /b Cooperate with the HQ Marketing team to manage effective territorial plans, including planning and attending exhibitions, tradeshows, and conferences. /li libMaintain Operational Excellence: /b Embed a "CRM Way of Life" using Salesforce as a daily standard tool; create accurate annual sales forecasts and operating budgets. /li libCollaborate with HR: /b Align with the HQ HR team on local policies, including hiring, incentives, and benefits in accordance with local labour laws. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul libMust Have /b ul liBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. /li li7+ years of experience in Sales and Account Management in the industrial sector, including a minimum of 3 years in a Sales Management capacity. /li liAt least 3 years of direct experience selling Motion Control solutions. /li liTechnical credibility across Mechatronics, Electronics, Control, and Software. /li liFully fluent in written and verbal English. /li liWillingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time across the territory. /li /ul /li libNice to Have /b ul liProficiency in German or Italian (spoken and written) /li liExperience with Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Office. /li /ul /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul libLeadership Autonomy: /b Direct management of all employees in the territory, including Sales Engineers (SE), Sales Operations (SO), and Application Engineers (AE). /li libStrategic Impact: /b The opportunity to own and shape the annual operating budget and sales development plan for a key global region. /li libHigh-Tech Portfolio: /b A premium product line backed by deep expertise in mechatronics and advanced motion control software. /li libGlobal Collaboration: /b A role that interfaces directly with Global HQ and international territories. /li libCompetitive Package: /b A competitive base salary and performance‑based incentive structure, commensurate with the seniority of the role. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
