We're looking for a Banking Product Specialist to join our HQ Business Development Department. In this role, you'll be pivotal in the international evolution of CA Auto Bank's banking products and payment solution, working directly with different markets to promote working directly with different markets to promote and implement our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Commercial Strategy: define and drive the commercial development strategy for the bank's portfolio of banking products and payment instruments across international markets;
* Product Development & Innovation: lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to technical design and launch. Identify emerging trends in fintech to propose innovative features for banking and payment products;
* Customer Journey Design: define and optimize user journeys and customer experiences, ensuring that all payment and banking products are intuitive, digital-first, and aligned with modern banking standards;
* Product Roadmap Management: define, maintain, and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing business needs, technical feasibility, and market demands across different countries;
* CommercialStrategy & P&L Management: define the commercial strategy and monitor the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the assigned product portfolio, ensuring financial sustainability and growth;
* Project Management: gather and define business requirements for new market entries, functioning as the dedicated Project Manager for international rollouts;
* Stakeholder & Partner Management: manage relationships with international acquirers, schemes, and internal HQ departments (IT, Legal, Risk, etc.);
* Cross-Functional Liaison: act as a bridge between the Business Development, IT, and Marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful product implementation;
* Go-to-Market Execution: coordinate the launch of new products in international markets, managing the transition from concept to full operational status.
Job Requirements
* Experience: 5+ years of experience in the banking, financial, or fintech sector, with a strong focus on HQ-level product management;
* Banking & Payments Expertise: deep understanding of the banking product lifecycle and comprehensive knowledge of both issuing and acquiring businesses. Deep expertise in payments normative and processes (PSD1, PSD2, PSD3);
* Strategic & Financial Acumen: proven track record in defining commercial strategies and solid experience in P&L management, financial forecasting, and pricing strategies for banking products and payment instruments;
* Project Management: strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex, multi-country rollouts;
* Communication Skills: excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (mandatory);
* Soft Skills: key soft skills include a strong ability to build cross-functional networks, strategic thinking, an analytical mindset, and the capacity to meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
