Responsibilities:
* Develop and expand business opportunities by identifying and pursuing growth in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, to support strategic objectives.
* Drive business growth through strategic initiatives, focusing on new markets and client segments in healthcare technologies.
* Plan and execute commercial strategies, including promotional activities to enhance visibility and market reach.
* Source new clients in target markets, especially in the US and Asia, to build a sustainable client base.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering tangible outcomes.
* Lead proposal development in collaboration with Market Access teams, utilizing technical expertise to secure new projects.
* Gather and share customer insights to influence product innovation and enhancement.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive teamwork and project success.
* Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategy development and providing updates on activities.
* Represent the company externally at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote expertise.
Required Experience:
o Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
o Proven success in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector.
o Experience in full sales cycle, including prospecting, contracting, and account management, with cross-selling focus.
o Knowledge of Market Access factors, including European and JAPAC HTA processes.
o Strong client interaction skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior/executive clients.
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
o At least 7 years of experience in business development, commercialization, or innovation management in pharma, digital health, biotechnology, or MedTech sectors.
o Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
o Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
o Willingness to travel as needed.
o Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
o Proactive, organized, and independent work style.
o Strong team spirit and collaborative attitude.
