At the heart of the hotel is the beloved Flying Monk Cocktail Bar, a destination in itself, known as one of the best cocktail bars between Florence and Rome.
We are currently looking for the perfect person to lead the Flying Monk.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in cocktail creation, classic and contemporary mixology, and premium spirits.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic offerings.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and train bar staff, set standards, and lead by example.
- Experience with inventory control, ordering, cost management, and supplier relationships.
- Solid understanding of bar operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills, with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Italian.
- A collaborative, positive, and professional approach to teamwork.
