Key Responsibilities Drive Growth : Expand the productivity of existing clinical accounts using a proven 4C Success Model (Confidence, Care, Convince, Connect). Win New Business : Acquire high-potential clinics using an evidence-based commercial teaching framework rooted in Challenger Sales methodology. Increase Patient Conversions : Support demand generation efforts through modern marketing tools and digital channels. Deliver Training : Provide engaging, results-driven training and coaching to clinical teams across your territory. Own the Territory : Operate with entrepreneurial agility, acting as a commercial leader for your assigned region. Ideal Candidate Profile 3–5 years’ experience in commercial roles within fast-paced, high-growth environments Strong track record in practice development, account growth, and sales performance Experience working with clinics or healthcare professionals, ideally in surgical medical devices or wellness/weight-loss solutions.
