Ph3Job Description /h3 pPosted Monday, April 13, 2026 at 10:00 AM /p pThis role is part of our Remote Monitoring Solutions product line. /p pEddyfi Technologies RMS Geotech is looking for a Sales Manager for Europe to drive the growth of our geotechnical monitoring solutions portfolio, including technologies from Senceive and Sisgeo. /p pAs a Sales Manager, you must be able to accomplish in those different categories: /p h3Sales Business Development /h3 ul liIdentify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in infrastructure, rail, tunnelling, mining, and geohazard monitoring. /li liManage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. /li liRedaction and management of quotations and tender documents. /li /ul h3Technical Sales Solution Support /h3 ul liDeliver consultative, solution-based sales. /li liTranslate client needs into tailored monitoring solutions and quotations. /li liSupport proposals, system design concepts, and technical presentations. /li /ul h3Customer Partner Management /h3 ul liBuild strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and partners. /li liSupport key accounts and strategic opportunities. /li liRepresent the company at industry events and client meetings. /li /ul h3Internal Collaboration Reporting /h3 ul liCollaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing teams. /li liMaintain pipeline visibility and forecasting using Salesforce. /li liReport to the Head of Sales – Geotech. /li /ul h3Travel /h3 ul liRegular travel across Europe to support customers and projects. /li /ul h3What makes you an Asset to our team /h3 ul liDegree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, or similar. /li liProven experience in technical sales or business development. /li liBackground in geotechnical instrumentation, monitoring, or infrastructure. /li liExperience with solution-based sales in complex technical environments. /li liStrong commercial drive with solid technical understanding. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to engage with both technical and commercial audiences. /li liExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. /li liFluent in Italian and English; additional European languages are an advantage. /li liThe position is based at the company’s headquarters in Masate, with flexibility to work remotely. /li /ul pAt Eddyfi Technologies, diversity, equity, and inclusion are fundamental to who we are.
