PpAs Senior Footwear Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind shaping collections that fuse design, culture, and consumer needs into footwear that inspires self-expression and strengthens our Dolomite brand positioning. Your mission is to translate market insights, consumer feedback, and brand vision into product strategies that elevate the consumer experience and strengthen our market position. /p h3The Main Activities /h3 ul liDefine seasonal product strategies in alignment with brand direction, market opportunities, and consumer trends with Head of Product. /li liBuild a balanced range architecture across franchises, categories, and price points to serve both global and regional needs. /li liChampion consumer-centric product briefs that blend innovation, functionality, and brand storytelling. /li liDrive lifecycle management from concept through go-to-market and end-of-life. /li liCollaborate closely with Design, Development, and Operations to ensure timely execution and alignment with cost, quality, and sustainability goals. /li liOversee materials, colors, and finishes to ensure product storytelling and seasonal cohesion. /li liOwn pricing strategy and margin targets to meet profitability goals. /li liManage SKU efficiency and lifecycle planning across evergreen icons, limited editions, and seasonal updates. /li liPartner with Marketing and Commercial teams to build compelling narratives around products, drops, and collaborations. /li liRepresent the collection in internal and external presentations, acting as the voice of the consumer and the brand. /li liMonitor product performance in-market and optimize range efficiency, SKU productivity, and sell-through rates. /li liManage continuously monitor product creation budgets in alignment with Head of Product and company objectives and provide expertise and training to regional markets to strengthen product knowledge and alignment. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (or equivalent) with connection to footwear/textile industry. /li li7+ years of product management experience in performance or lifestyle footwear, ideally with exposure to running, outdoor, or sports categories. /li liProven track record of managing full product creation cycles and launching successful collections globally. /liliStrong understanding of footwear construction, materials, and performance requirements. } /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
