As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily management of on-site activities and ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

You will actively monitor sales performance and key digital metrics, with the ability to respond to input and optimize product placement to boost conversion, leveraging emerging trends, and contributing to online sales growth.
The role involves managing and updating the website homepage and other content pages, creating and managing campaigns and promotions within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud Platform, managing the product catalog, implementing website personalization strategies, continuously checking and testing the SFCC platform, curating visual merchandising for the Maison website, and collaborating with Operations and Customer Care teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* E-commerce passion with previous experience in similar roles (preferably within a luxury brand)
* Good experience in e-commerce, with a focus on website updates, campaign execution, site merchandising, and content management
* Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), including campaign management, Page Designer, and Customer Groups is mandatory
* Experience with HTML for content updates
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
