Achieve the sales and profitability targets agreed with the management within the nominated Customers panel and the Countries / Areas / Regions assigned.
Job Description:
1. Market understanding: Customer mapping, competitive environment, pricing, and delivery times requested by local customers.
2. Customer development: Develop potential customers in the assigned areas.
3. Registration and qualification: Ensure SEKO registration and pre-qualification in the vendors lists.
4. Relationship management: Develop relationships with customers’ decision-makers and technical teams.
5. Business development: Stimulate inquiries and tenders for available products.
6. Proposal management: Follow the preparation of proposals or tenders.
7. Bidding participation: Participate in bidding procedures.
8. Negotiation: Attend negotiations up to the final contract award.
9. Territory management: Manage existing agents and distributors, propose sales targets, and measure performance.
10. Agent/distributor selection: Propose, screen, and participate in selecting new agents or distributors.
11. Payment management: Ensure full payment is received in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.
12. Reporting: Prepare and discuss sales and visit reports.
