Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in IT Service Processes, you will help clients identify and address business challenges related to their IT application portfolio. This role requires strong analytical skills to evaluate the portfolio’s technical and functional aspects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Evaluate Client IT Portfolios: Assess the technical and functional characteristics of IT applications to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Analyze Business Issues: Drive business alignment by aligning business objectives, IT processes, and IT service measurements to maximize value for the client, emphasizing the integration of IT services with business goals.
Deliver Insights: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients, enabling them to make informed decisions about their IT application portfolio and associated business processes.
