But it’s our unique opportunity to impact people’s lives that makes ZOLL the ideal place to build your career. /p h3Job Summary /h3 pAs a valued member of our US Product Marketing Team, this individual supports and leads projects in the management of Cardiac Management Solutions (CMS) marketing and product efforts in conjunction with ZOLL CMS Marketing leadership. /p h3Essential Functions /h3 ul liDevelop and support the implementation of short‑ and long‑term business strategies and tactics to expand use of CMS products. /li liActively engage and support domestic selling efforts by working in close collaboration with US Sales. /li liIndependently interpret clinical studies to provide data analyses and messaging for US Sales. /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional partners and vendors to develop comprehensive marketing collateral based on clinical indication‑driven market segments, including design and execution of messaging, promotional materials, sales tools, and proof sources. /li liSupport development of annual sales meeting strategies, messaging, collateral, and training effort to ensure effective pull‑through of the content. /li liAnalyze market opportunities and support the development of strategies to create compelling value propositions and competitive positioning. /li liDevelop and execute effective launch plans for new products and features. /li liPartner and/or lead cross‑functional teams to coordinate efforts on company initiatives and product launches. /li liWork with Marketing Leadership to set strategy, messaging, and execution approach for relevant trade shows. /li liDevelop and foster relationships with key clinical individuals and organizations within the industry. /li liPerform other duties as assigned by Management. /li /ul h3Required/Preferred Education And Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field required. /li li4‑6 years in downstream customer‑facing product marketing in the medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other similar arena required. /li liMaster’s degree strongly preferred. /li liPrior cardiac sales and/or marketing experience preferred. /li /ul h3Knowledge, Skills And Abilities /h3 ul liDemonstrated ability to interpret clinical data and develop compelling message for use with clinicians. /li liExcellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills; strong verbal and written communication skills, and well‑honed interpersonal and leadership skills are required. /li liHigh level of internal initiative, independent thinking, and ability to interact with physicians, customers, and key opinion leaders are essential. /li liMust be an effective team player in a fast‑paced, highly visible environment. /li liEffectively work in a regulated industry in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals. /li liMust be willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time. /li liProficient in Microsoft Teams and Power BI preferred. /li /ul h3Physical Demands /h3 ul liStanding – Occasionally. /li liWalking – Occasionally. /li liSitting – Constantly. /li liTalking – Occasionally. /li liHearing – Occasionally. /li liRepetitive Motions – Frequently. /li /ul pZOLL is a fast‑growing company that operates in more than 140 countries around the world.
