What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in the restaurant sector or similar fields
- Experience in leading and coordinating teams
- Flexibility in working hours
- Passion for customer service; we take the customer experience seriously
- Dynamism and versatility
- Ability to manage software and tools
- Ability to read and analyze the store's income statement
- Residence near the workplace or mobility across the territory
What would your responsibilities be?
- Managing the store's income statement
- Preparing and supervising work shifts
- Monitoring KPIs and store data
- Planning, organizing, and controlling daily operations
- Coordinating and supervising staff
- Managing and organizing training for new staff
- Managing stock, placing orders, inventories
- Ensuring quality and food safety standards
- Assisting and reporting during audits (internal and external)
- Controlling and coordinating elements related to ORP and maintenance
