The work will be carried out with the possibility of hybrid work, so candidates residing near our offices in Milan, Rome, Bergamo, Turin, Padua, or Lecce are preferred. The candidate will join an IT Database team (Oracle-oriented), aimed at expanding the team to support international delivery and operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience or equivalent and will be responsible for the installation, configuration, management, maintenance, updates, and monitoring of Oracle databases. The role includes: Installing and configuring new hardware and software Executing system configurations Performing patching and upgrades Monitoring and analyzing logs Managing incidents using troubleshooting procedures and techniques Technical skills in Oracle Database, Oracle RAC, Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Streams, GoldenGate, Backup and Recovery Problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills within the team While not mandatory, a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is highly appreciated.
