Pphe Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for driving the successful launch and sustained growth of Rezdiffra within an assigned territory and region. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and as part of a cross-functional team, the KAM plays a pivotal role in ensuring rapid product uptake by engaging key healthcare stakeholders, executing high-quality customer interactions, developing territory-specific plans and delivering against commercial objectives. /p pThis role requires strong specialty launch experience, exceptional relationship-building skills, a firm understanding of patient pathways and local healthcare system implications, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. /p pAs Madrigal’s frontline representative, the KAM embodies our values, demonstrates patient focus, and contributes visibly to our mission to lead the fight against MASH. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare the market for a successful launch through territory intelligence gathering, e.g. identification of experts, regional opinion leaders, diagnostic possibilities, and existing patient pathways, whilst sharing disease education on MASH with HCPs. /li liDrive the successful launch and sustained uptake of Rezdiffra across priority accounts through strategically developed territory plans and disciplined execution. /li liBuild strong, trust-based relationships with hepatologists, gastroenterologists, endocrinologists, KOLs, and treatment centers to support optimal patient pathways and product adoption. /li liExecute high-quality, compliant customer engagements (both in-person and virtual), in line with the Marketing brand strategy, and represent Madrigal at scientific and educational events. /li liCollaborate effectively with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, and Analytics to ensure aligned account strategies and coordinated field activities. /li liAnalyze territory sales and market data to identify opportunities and refine action plans pro-actively. Capture and communicate timely market insights, competitive intelligence, market dynamics to in-house functions, to inform strategy and adapt tactics. /li liLeverage CRM, account planning tools, and Madrigal’s IT/AI offering to maximize customer interactions, track progress and fast correct, and to ensure accurate forecasting. /li liUphold Madrigal’s Code of Conduct and all regulatory requirements while responsibly and reliably managing territory budgets and reporting. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liProven track record of successful product launches, ideally in specialty business, complex or evolving therapeutic areas. /li liStrong ability to drive adoption and growth through strategic territory planning, customer and network engagement, and execution excellence; ability to analyze business data to develop and prioritize territory and account plans. /li liDemonstrated experience building impactful relationships with physicians, treatment centers, and key decision-makers. /li liHighly collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams such as Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing. /li liExcellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable plans. /li liEntrepreneurial, positive and self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability; comfortable to operate within ambiguity. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred. /li li5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with specialty-care experience preferred. /li liProficiency in CRM systems, territory management processes, and Key Account Planning. /li liFluent in Italian and English. /li liAbility to travel frequently within the territory. /li /ul pIQVIA reserves the right to evaluate candidates with domicile / residence and work experience / study with requirements responding to the open request.
