Responsibilities
Promotes and sells a portfolio of products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new customersInforms customers of new product/service introductions and pricesCreates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipelineEnsures the team targets are set and deliveredManages a medium domestic territory or accountDevelops expertise in an aspect of business, financials, products/services, the market and the needs of assigned accounts; may be recognized as an expert in one area; provides technical expertise to colleaguesLeads a small sales team on an ad hoc basis to meet specific client needs and/or to contribute to projects; provides informal guidance to junior staffHas a solid understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market and the needs of assigned accounts; may help develop colleagues' understandingWorks with complex or large territory/account, products/services, sales or account management processes; may serve as team leadHas authority/opportunity to set and negotiate product/service termsPlans own territory or account approach and manages own resourcesActively promotes the company's profile, image, and brand, including at trade fairs, events and exhibitions when required; contributes to impactful marketing material including success stories
