Main activities
1. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits;
2. Ensure timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
3. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
4. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas (New Market Verticals, Supply Chain collaborations, etc.);
5. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and prepare reports on account status;
6. Collaborate with Finance to ensure credit collections;
7. Ensure the correct application of the company sales tool;
8. Ensure the appropriate visibility in terms of sales activities and opportunities adopting the company CRM as required.
Requirements
Must have
9. Bachelor’s degree;
10. 5+ experience in sales/business development, preferably in the fresh supply chain businesses/food system/ 3PL – BtB - Logistics business model background;
11. Experience in account management and generating/building relationships with clients and suppliers - BtB;
12. Knowledge of working with a CRM system and perfect use of Excel;
13. Strong commercial ability and enhanced presentation, negotiation, and communication skills;
14. High level of energy, strong sense of commitment, results drive;
15. Full working proficiency in English is required.
