We are hiring for attitude and training for skill because we recognise success takes many paths. /p pIn this role you will be responsible for growing eero's EMEA business by establishing new partnerships with Telecoms and Internet Service Providers, to enable distribution of our hardware and software products and services. In many cases, you may be establishing a new relationship between Amazon and the customer, which requires strong sales and self‑initiating skills, and the ability to engage C‑level executives. Within this role, you will be expected to develop sales strategies and lead the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract signature. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify and develop new distribution channels for our products and services, requiring demonstrated success in sales and business development with a strong track record of opening new market opportunities. /li liManage strategically important partnerships that are business‑critical with significant revenue and bottom‑line impact, including large‑scale or complex relationships. /li liLead contract negotiations in collaboration with legal, finance, and cross‑functional stakeholders, operating autonomously with minimal oversight from eero's business development leadership. /li liServe as the primary deal leader representing eero's business interests, engaging directly with senior management and C‑level executives both internally and at partner organisations. /li /ul h3A day in the life /h3 pThis is a role that serves a combination of sales, strategy and execution daily. The candidate will be an individual contributor with advanced ability to move fast, collaborating with product, marketing, finance, legal, and technology teams to drive deals to close. /p h3About the team /h3 peero's Business Development team is responsible for driving eero device and services revenue globally through various channels. Reporting to the company Chief Operating Officer, the eero BD team is a high‑performing team that works to find creative ways to support customers, get deals done, and innovate. /p h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience working with, presenting to, and negotiating with C‑level executives, IT, lines of business, procurement, finance, legal and internal stakeholders for sizeable commercial/enterprise deals. /li liExperience with written and verbal communication and presentation. /li liExperience working with networks, IT infrastructure, or system integration. /li liExperience managing multiple projects, prioritising, planning, and managing time. /li liTravel up to 30% of the time. /li liExperience being a key contributor or running an enterprise product through channel strategy. /li liExperience as a member of a technologies Business Development team with SaaS based revenue model. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liMBA. /li liExperience working with fast‑moving, high‑performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments. /li liExperience working with a broad range of technology tools including SharePoint, Excel, Access, Word, and Salesforce.com. /li liExperience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior leadership. /li liExperience of high‑level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management. /li liExperience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross‑functional teams across geographies and business units. /li liCan work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks. /li liExperience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data. /li liExperience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in managing and troubleshooting network. /li liCan manage a high volume of requests and competing deadlines. /li liSAAS experience a plus. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Information /h3 pAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
