Conduct regional market analysis, focusing on supply/demand trends, government policies, competitors' activities, and performance of key distributors and installers. Build and nurture strong relationships with potential partners, including distributors, installers, and consultants, with tailored strategies for each. Establish and meet quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive sales initiatives. Support marketing efforts for regional campaigns such as exhibitions, presentations, and product launches. Prepare regular sales reports for management, tracking progress against goals. Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and organizational input to shape product strategy and roadmaps in the PV module segment. Engage with industry players to understand their needs and ensure our offerings align with their objectives. Develop customized proposals for customer tenders, optimizing technical and commercial aspects. Identify new market segments and opportunities for product expansion. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to align on product delivery and schedules. Participate in product design reviews to ensure quality standards are met. Partner with marketing and sales teams for product launches and rollouts. Key Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in the solar module industry, working with manufacturers or selling to developers and EPCs. Proven sales and business development skills. Familiarity with procurement processes and customer engagement. Strong decision-making skills and ability to see initiatives through. Understanding of financial reports, budgets, and expenditures. Sales-driven with an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset. Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Independent, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously. Exceptional planning, strategic thinking, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel up to 50-60%.
