In collaboration with our R&D and innovation teams, you seek business development opportunities and contribute to company growth strategy. Your responsibilities include:
* You define prospecting targets and develop new customer portfolio in your segment market (Electric & Electronics or Consumer& Industrial Goods) including healthcare, sport & Leisure, home power tools, water management.
* You manage key customers relationships, including contract negotiations, closing deals (product choice, pricing, service), managing customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
* You define and deploy commercial plans and activities. You develop forecasts at the appropriate level of accuracy to enable inventory management, financial performance, and service level achievement for key customers.
* You manage/support innovation, facilitate product launch and coordinate the new application developments at the targeted accounts
To be successful in this role, you own a Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent, have an international experience in sales. You speak fluently in English and Italian. Key skills include strong client-facing and communication skills, business development skills, excellent knowledge of sales management methods and techniques, working knowledge of customer service databases and tools, awareness of Engineering Material products or Thermoplastic, ability to think strategically and to lead, advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills, customer service orientation.
