Strong communication skills, decision-making ability, assertiveness, and an innovative approach to problem-solving are essential. The candidate should be team-oriented, attentive to schedules and financial aspects (revenues and cash flow), and proactive in building new work opportunities with customers based on trust and reliability. /p pWith at least 5 years of experience in manned systems and human spaceflight, the Project Manager will engage in all aspects of project management lifecycle activities. The role involves managing complex, high-profile projects within the LEO programs directorate. /p pThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale, complex projects, with expertise in risk identification and management to oversee space commercial programs and develop effective business strategies. Proven ability to develop and implement detailed project plans, monitor project performance, ensure timely deliverables, coordinate resources, and identify critical issues is required.
