P Chef de Rang /ppb The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel, Autograph Collection /b Roma, Lazio, Italia /p p The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel, Autograph Collection, one of the most vibrant and dynamic 5 in Rome, is looking for you! /p pb Responsibilities /b /pp The Chef de Rang will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments: /p ulli Independently manage the FB room and room service ensuring excellent and timely service to our guests /lili Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner. /lili Present menus, offer recommendations, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages. /lili Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff. /lili Serve food and drinks efficiently and elegantly, ensuring presentation standards are maintained. /lili Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times. /lili Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. /lili Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously. /lili Maintain knowledge of the hotel’s offerings, including special promotions and events. /lili Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and health regulations. /li /ul pb Skills /b /pp To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow: /p ulli Chef de Rang experience in Hotel of same category, preferable in Luxury Marriott Properties. /lili Excellent command of Italian and English. Additional languages will be appreciated. /lili High school diploma or GED; br / br / experience in theFB sector, or related professional area. /lili Calm, organized work, strong communication and interpersonal skills /lili Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs preferred. /lili Proficiency in Selz PMS Systems required. /li /ul
