Work experience
Minimum 2–3 years of previous experience in technical sales – ideally in the window and door industry, insulating glass, or plastics sector
Main tasks and responsibilities ·
The candidate will join the Market Team, which is responsible for sales processes and the development of new products, primarily targeting the Balkan markets. · Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in target companies · Identify and directly contact potential new customers and market opportunities · Focus on commercial and technical consulting activities, as well as developing new products and services based on market needs · Define and implement commercial strategies to ensure success in your market · Regularly review KPIs for your processes · Work on the team's P&L management, as well as Forecasting, Planning, and Budgeting activities. · Maintain frequent customer relationships through on-site visits (approx. 60% of the time) · Participate in trade fairs and industry events for networking and market observation
