Account Management Role in Vacation Rentals
Your role will involve being the main point of contact for vacation rental owners who want to list their properties on our platform, providing guidance and support to ensure a seamless experience.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate the listing process for vacation rentals and provide assistance to homeowners with post-booking inquiries.
* Work closely with the product and content team to guarantee a smooth onboarding process.
* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS AND SUPPORT THEM IN INCREASING REVENUES.
* Analyze existing data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to drive account performance.
* Organize lead-generating events and networking opportunities to foster a community of vacation rental owners.
Requirements
* Relevant job experience in account management, tourism, or customer-facing roles.
* Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Near-native Italian and German language skills, with fluent English.
* A customer-centric attitude, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm for new technologies and the travel industry.
