Training will be provided.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design-wins and increase account penetration.Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers.Research and develop new customers and business segments.Develop account strategies and execute business plans.Handle customer issues effectively.Meet sales targets (booking and billing).Collect and analyze market intelligence and provide feedback to relevant product teams.Work collaboratively with regional and global teams to achieve objectives.Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels.QualificationsEducation Background / Major: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.Experience (Ideal): 2-4 years of experience in sales or account management with a proven record of exceeding sales quotas.Knowledge (Ideal): Understanding of the semiconductor industry and experience with semiconductor products.Skills and QualitiesProven ability to manage complex sales cycles, including contract negotiations and deal closures.Strong relationship-building skills with customers and channel partners, with an ability to identify new business opportunities.Willingness to travel within the Europe region for customer visits.Skills/CertificationsFluent in English and Italian, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
