You will actively contribute to the commercial plan by identifying new market opportunities, acquiring customers, and building long-term relationships.

This is a hands-on, field-based role combining business development, customer engagement, and collaboration with marketing and key account teams.Key Responsibilities:Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and following up on marketing leadsIdentify, develop, and nurture new and existing customer relationships to build long-term partnershipsConduct regular site visits within the assigned geographical area (cold visits, scheduled meetings, and technical evaluations)Deliver company presentations to potential and existing clients, including at trade fairs and eventsContribute to the commercial plan by identifying, leveraging, and nurturing sales opportunitiesWork with Italian and international colleagues to share best practices and commercial ideasDeliver outstanding customer satisfaction by responding to customer needs, handling complaints, and informing clients about new developments and BauWatch solutionsAdvise the Managing Director, Product Management, and Group Management on market opportunities, risks, and potential adjustments to commercial strategy based on market insights and dataWhat we expect from you:3–5 years of relevant sales experiencePrevious experience or relationships within the construction, renewables, or security industryStrong customer focus with the ability to adapt to client needsIndependent and proactive, able to manage your work autonomouslyMotivated, target-driven, and willing to go the extra mileFriendly team player with a can-do attitude and strong communication skillsExperience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)Willingness to travel within the assigned region and periodically to Milan HQWhat We Offer:At BauWatch, you will join a fast-growing, international organization where ambition, innovation and collaboration shape our everyday work.
