Looking for a challenging new role and career development as a;

GLOBAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

If the answer is yes, then Future Electronics wants to hear from you! We are currently looking to employ a Global Account Manager to join our team in Italy. We are flexible with the location as we have offices in Turin, Milan, Padua, or Bologna.

JOB PURPOSE

The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions which will drive profitable growth whilst increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. The ability to communicate effectively to negotiate the company offering to the customer, position Future’s value add, and demonstrate the company’s full capabilities is a key requirement in the role.

What the roles involves :

* Develop global strategy and implement site tactics in conjunction with branch personnel in each geographical region to drive top-line revenue and increase gross profit margin.
* Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges, formulating regional and branch strategies to position Future for growth. Build relationships with customer’s Senior Management through regular visits.
* Present Future’s value proposition by offering Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives to enhance service capabilities at all customer sites.
* Work with management to set, implement, and monitor sales and margin budgets globally by site to increase share and outperform industry and company growth projections.
* Drive key supplier initiatives to ensure commitments are achieved.
* Provide high-level customer service by responding promptly to quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries.
* Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities.

Do you have :

* Proven sales track record within the company or electronic distribution business for the past five years. Educated to degree level, ideally with a technical or business background.
* Understanding of technical teams by achieving a designated number of designs in.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Highly organized, accurate, able to work under pressure, and attentive to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
