The Role:
The Global Brand Manager FLUIMUCIL directly reports to the Global Respiratory Marketing Director, within the Core Therapies Business Unit.
He/she is responsible for the design and the implementation of the Global Brand Strategy for Fluimucil with a specific (but not exclusive) focus on core portfolio (including innovation), chronic patient and doctor strategy (RX or OTC depending on market classification), supporting the analysis of new business opportunities and implement the Global Tactical Plan.
He is also the main MKTG partner for the local commercial teams and coordinates the Global Brand Community as well as the Core Cross Functional Team.
Main Responsibilities of the role:
Design and Implementation of Global Brand Strategy and Global Tactical Plan.
Partnership with country teams in order to identify and implement local strategies.
Global Cross Functional Team's coordination.
Brand Life Cycle Management.
Build Strategic Plan and Yearly Budget, in alignment with the countries and the cross-functional team.
Driving Brand Performance, monitor results vs Plan and apply corrective actions if/when needed.
Develop team members skills and support their growth.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor degree in Economics/Business Administration/Marketing/Other advanced degrees.
More than 10 years experience in the Pharma industry in a similar role, with proven experience of leading Brand Strategy and Brand Communication.
Previous experience in a Specialty area.
Experience in INTL roles.
Excellent English.
Excellent regulatory and governance knowledge (related to drugs management).
Good project management.
