Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will join the HR team of a Leading international Company and support the Company’s growth by attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles
* Source candidates through various channels
* Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit
* Coordinate interview processes and provide feedback to stakeholders
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
* Promote employer branding initiatives and represent the company externally
Requirements:
* 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
* Experience gained in consulting or headhunting firms, or within Talent Acquisition Teams of structured multinational companies
* Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
* Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
* Familiarity with ATS systems and HR tools
