Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Market Expansion: Develop and execute a business development strategy for Europe, aligning with organizational goals. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
* Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with Banks, PSPs (APIs & EMIs), Fintechs, and other licensed financial institutions for cross-border payment services. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
* Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by acquiring new clients, expanding market share, and cross-selling products and services. Achieve sales targets and performance objectives.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience:
* At least 3+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships within financial services, fintech, or cross-border payments.
* Proven success managing and expanding businesses in Europe.
Industry & Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of the cross-border payments ecosystem, European financial regulations, and compliance. Existing relationships with PSPs, Fintechs, and Banks in Europe & UK are preferred. Skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and presentation are essential. A strategic, results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, cultural sensitivity, analytical skills, and willingness to travel are required.
