The Sales & Brand Manager is responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to maximize sales, improve profitability, and ensure a consistent brand image across all sales channels. This role works closely with the Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and Logistics departments, reporting directly to the Sales & Commercial Process Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Work Closely with the Brand’s counterparts to ensure that strategic visions and expectations are met.
* Develop holistic Go To Market strategies and tactics to achieve the following KPIs: Seasonal Net sales (WHS), first margin, market-share (door and geographical expansion with a direct focus on ITALY) and business objectives (long term);
* Oversee the seasonal commercial calendar and track process effectiveness by influencing cross-functional work;
* Keep fruitful relations with clients and seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business;
* Collaborate with the creative and marketing department to set-up exhibitions spaces to reach the best balance between brands representativeness, attraction, storytelling and market performances;
* Carrying out market research to keep up to date on actual and future trends;
* Supervising and proactively participating in sales campaigns and managing sales budgets;
* Manage order entry process for directional geographic sell-in (areas without agencies) and manage timely and efficiently the deliverables of the Agents;
* Work closely with Back Office, Customer Service and Logistic Depts. to ensure timely shipments and to track progresses.
* Work closely with Customer Service Dept. to ensure timely settlement of invoices and collection of overdue credits
* Collaborating with all involved in SLAM JAM's departments to ease and speed up processes and deliverables (tools, catalogues, sales assets, production decisions, merchandising decisions);
* Other services related or complementary to the aforementioned;
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in a similar role within the industry (minimum 4–5 years).
* Strong knowledge of distribution dynamics (Wholesale, Retail).
* Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in BI/reporting tools.
* Experience with ERP systems and CRM platforms.
* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Results-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
* Proactive, problem-solving attitude and strong sense of ownership.
* Aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
* Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
* Background in structured organizations.
* Active network in the streetwear and fashion industry (buyers, agents, showrooms).
* Degree in Economics, Marketing, Fashion Management or related fields.
* Willingness to travel frequently (client meetings, store checks, trade shows).
