Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with support functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion. Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership. Track and report regional performance metrics. Utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Solutions, Marketing, and Hardware teams to align sales efforts. Provide field feedback to influence product and service improvements. Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team members, setting clear KPIs and providing coaching. Promote a high-performance, customer-focused culture. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation. Strong decision-making skills for handling complex and urgent situations. Relevant work experience and understanding of the new energy market.
