Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Data Management/Data Analytics or CommunicationsAt least 3‐5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or as a specialist within a Center of Excellence in HR & OrganizationIn‐depth knowledge of HR practices and labour regulationsProven ability to work on projects as a Project ManagerExcellent communication and relationship‐building skillsAnalytical and problem‐solving abilitiesProactive and results‐oriented attitude
