The position is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: Defining the product roadmap by researching and analyzing market conditions, identifying key competitors and trends. Liaise with advertising and PR to promote products. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MBA is a plus. Solid experience as Product Manager/Business Developer in the food & beverage industry (both customer and supplier sides). Proven success in launching market-ready components/devices. Knowledge of industry standards. Project management skills; PMP certification is a plus. Effective communication and stakeholder interaction skills. Strong teamwork and influence skills without formal authority. Analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with data management skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills, adaptable to changing priorities. Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
