Main Tasks Creation and implementation of the hotel marketing plan (including pre‑opening activities) and management of the marketing budget. Maintain and update the hotel website content and coordinate events with the Headquarters Marketing Team. Daily supervision of website and portal content. Support creation of hotel packages in collaboration with the General Manager and Headquarters Marketing Team. Develop relationships with local partners to launch effective local marketing actions for the restaurant, lounge bar, and spa. Identify and promote local attractions and activities such as golf clubs, cultural excursions, sports, and destination highlights. Maintain relations with local media partners to communicate events and hotel activities. Create in‑house communication material to boost on‑site restaurant, lounge bar, and spa sales (including concierge tools). Coordinate hotel photography and video production with Headquarters Marketing Team. Supervise hotel social media accounts (managed by a Social Media Manager). Assist in organizing internal events, group press and influencer trips, press events, blogger and journalist trips. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations. 10 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality. Strong project management skills and a data‑driven mindset. Deep knowledge of the Italian media landscape and industry connections. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe Photoshop is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and influence. Creative and innovative spirit with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
