H3Overview /h3pThe Functional Analyst will be inserted in the Global Field Force Customer Engagement Systems area with direct reporting to the Functional Development Coordinator. /ppThe Functional Analyst is responsible for the development of specific functions within the CRM system. His/Her main duties include analysis, design, support to the development, testing and documentation. He/She has to grant the correct integration with the other applications environments. /ppThe Functional Analyst will participate to meetings with internal stakeholders to follow up on the status of the CRM project and will capture new or amended requirements. /ppHe/She will work closely with the other Functional Analysts on the overall backlog, global vision definition and planning activities to ensure the successful implementation of the CRM system. /ppHe/She will be responsible for a development team working with Agile methodology. /ph3Main Activities Responsibilities /h3ulliTo listen, understand and analyse new business needs in detail, assessing the feasibility of requirements. /liliTo evolve existing functionalities by identifying possible improvements. /liliTo understand and ensure the necessary elements for the implementation of E2E processes between different systems /liliTo prepare and participate in Sprint Planning Meetings (mock ups creation, epic and user stories writing, acceptance criteria definition). /liliTo detail and illustrate the user stories providing all the necessary clarifications to assist the development team with their story estimation and sequencing. /liliTo define the team's specific objectives for the upcoming sprint. /liliTo maintain the Product Backlog. With input from users and all relevant stakeholders, the Functional Analyst has the primary responsibility for building, editing and maintaining the team backlog. /liliTo prioritize items backlog based on user value, time and other team dependencies. /liliTo verify and accept developed stories. This include the validation that the story meets defined acceptance criteria. Doing that, he/she also assures an appropriate level of quality. /liliTo document functionalities for the end users by writing documentation on the Confluence platform illustrating the behaviour of the software for any kind of user. /liliTo take care of the documentation, that must be duly updated for any change made in the software. /liliTo liaise with other teams working on projects linked to the FF systems. /li /ulh3Job Requirements /h3ulliBachelor degree with scientific background. /liliAt least 3 years of experience in similar position/role. /liliKnowledge and experience with Salesforce.com applications highly appreciated. /liliGood knowledge of English (written and spoken). /liliKnowledge of UX/UI paradigms. /liliBasic knowledge of SQL language. /liliGood knowledge of the Google Suite and Office Suite applications. /liliExcellent analytical skills, critical thinking and problem solving capabilities. /liliAttitude to team working. /liliAbility to manage several tasks at one time with high organizational skills and capability to clearly identify the priorities. /liliProactive attitude to drive projects to completion, spirit of initiative. /liliStrong listening, communication and negotiation skills. /liliStrong motivation. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
