OverviewProduct Sales Specialist Clinical IT for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing all activities related to the Clinical IT solutions. This position is part of the Solution Design team located in Italy and will be fully remote. Present compelling product demonstrations and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, customer support, and professional services, to ensure a seamless customer experience from pre-sales to post-implementation.Manage issues that arise during project implementation and identify corrective actions necessary to complete the project within the required timeline.Build and preserve relationships with customers through ongoing follow-up to understand their needs and meet them with targeted solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.Act as a trusted consultant for Clinical IT solutions, sharing ideas on possible improvements and developments for Clinical IT products.Maintain an expert-level understanding of the clinical IT product portfolio.QualificationsDegree in Biomedical engineering or equivalentAt least 3 years of experience in IT solutions for the IVD market (e.G., Lab Middleware, LIS, etc.)Strong customer communication and listening skillsFluency in Italian & EnglishAbility to work flexible hours as required by business needs; available to travel 50%–70% of the timeBeckman Coulter Diagnostics supports flexible, remote working arrangements for eligible roles and will provide additional information about remote work options during the interview process.
