Responsibilities:
1. Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, to support strategic objectives.
2. Drive business growth by leading strategic initiatives, focusing on new markets and client segments aligned with healthcare technology trends.
3. Plan and execute commercial strategies to increase the company's visibility and market reach.
4. Identify and engage new clients in the US and Asia to build a sustainable client base.
5. Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry, aiming for tangible business outcomes.
6. Collaborate with Market Access teams to develop compelling proposals that secure new projects.
7. Collect and share customer insights to influence product innovation and enhancements.
8. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
9. Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategy and providing updates.
10. Represent the company at industry events and professional networks to promote its expertise.
Required Experience:
* Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
* Proven success in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector.
* Experience in full sales cycle management, including prospecting and account management.
* Knowledge of European and JAPAC HTA processes.
* Ability to engage with and influence senior/executive clients.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
* 7+ years in business development, commercialization, or innovation management in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
* Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
* Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
* Willingness to travel as required.
* Effective across multiple time zones and cultures.
* Independent, motivated, and team-oriented.
