Role purpose:
* The territory in this role will cover is Lazio, Abruzzo, Molise, Umbria, and Marche. Lazio (Rome)
* Ensure the achievement of the assigned area objectives and develop commercial activities, in compliance with Aspen policies, interfacing with the "decision makers" of Public and Private Entities in all phases of the drug purchasing process in order to optimize the commercial potential of the Aspen product portfolio
* Carry out, in accordance with company directives and in compliance with Legislative Decree 219/06, scientific information activities for doctors, illustrating the pharmacological and therapeutic characteristics of drugs in order to ensure their correct use.
* Report to the company the observations that emerge from the interview with the healthcare professional and in particular the information on the side effects of the drugs. Possess a suitable qualification, a high professional qualification and adequate scientific knowledge of the drugs that will be presented to doctors
Within the scope of the relevant legal regulations, he/she may be called upon to carry out, according to the company's needs, additional activities, always in the area of relevance that involve skills, experience and responsibilities.
Responsibilites:
* Contribute to the development of partnership projects with regional stakeholders, with a logic of cross-functional coordination with the Sales Director
* Build and maintain an effective network of business relationships with the main local stakeholders and decision-makers, in particular pharmacists of ASL/AO and superintendents
* Implement with stakeholders the relevant activities related to the development of strategic corporate projects
* Capture, process and share new evidence of public interventions developed by relevant stakeholders
* Coordinate the activities of the headquarters and field to facilitate a rapid completion of the administrative-bureaucratic procedures aimed at the introduction of drugs in PTO/PTOR (market access)
* Report to the Tender Manager any misalignments with market values) in order to determine the most favorable commercial, financial and technical conditions for Aspen
* Coordinate with the Tender Manager by providing information on competitors' commercial activities, tender results and hammer prices
* Ensure effective management of the inter-tender and post-award period and of contracts in place with private structures
* Identifying, analysing and sharing the potential of public and private structures with the Tender Manager and the commercial structures in order to plan any commercial policy interventions
* Analyze the evolution of the market and competition and identify new development potentials also in relation to the marketing of generic products in the price list
* Ensure that business activities are conducted with honesty, integrity and in a professional manner in accordance with applicable laws and Aspen's code of ethics, policies and procedures to safeguard the company's good image and reputation
* Constantly update their scientific and role knowledge also with the support of the relevant company tools/roles
* Identify – also through the exchange of information with colleagues in the area – the scientific information needs of health professionals and establish coherent visit/activity plans
* Ensure effective communication that is consistent with the needs of healthcare professionals
* Plan and organize the scientific information activity in line with the visit plan
* Propose to your manager training initiatives/scientific updating for healthcare professionals as an alternative to the individual interview in compliance with current legislation
* Safeguard the company's reputation through conduct based on compliance with current regulations and company codes and regulations (Code of Ethics, procedures, etc.)
* Comply with the administrative or legal requirements required by the Company within the established deadlines (expense report, test discharge notes, etc.)
* Interactions with other business areas
* Facilitate the resolution of the customer's critical issues in the field of: receivables and interest on arrears, management of returns and overdue by interfacing with the office functions in charge in coordination with tm and finance managers.
* Work to ensure the best synergy with external functions to seize all opportunities to enhance the Aspen product portfolio
