Role Summary
* As a Product Manager in the HCL UnO portfolio, you will own a strategic product domain within HCL’s execution and orchestration platform strategy. Your mission is to turn complex enterprise automation, orchestration, and AI capabilities into products that customers love, adopt, and rely on for mission-critical operations.
* You will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap of a key area of the portfolio — which may include core orchestration, intelligent processes, agentic AI, operational governance, or platform evolution — depending on your strengths and background.
* This is a high-impact role at the center of HCLSoftware’s strategy to build the next-generation governed execution fabric for the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
* Product Strategy & Ownership: Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a strategic product domain within the UnO portfolio, aligned with the broader platform strategy.
* Customer & Market Leadership: Deeply understand customer needs, enterprise use cases, and market dynamics; translate them into differentiated product capabilities and clear priorities.
* Problem-to-Product Translation: Turn complex business and technical problems into simple, elegant product experiences that deliver measurable customer value.
* Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, UX, architecture, sales, marketing, and partners to drive execution from concept to successful delivery and adoption.
* Outcome-Driven Roadmapping: Define and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and strategic alignment — not just feature delivery.
* End-to-End Ownership: Own the full lifecycle of your product area: discovery, definition, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
* Go-To-Market Contribution: Partner with product marketing and sales enablement to shape positioning, narratives, demos, and customer-facing materials for your product area.
* Stakeholder Management: Act as the product authority for your domain with internal leadership, field teams, partners, and strategic customers.
