In this role, you will play a crucial part in collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the efficiency of the filing process. Your contributions will ensure that clients receive a seamless experience and that any issues are proactively addressed. Accountabilities
- Collect and analyze feedback from clients and operational teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
- Represent production and client stakeholders in development meetings to prioritize stakeholder needs.
- Triage data corrections and ProFile inquiries from operations teams.
- Author bug reports and enhancement tickets to capture business requirements.
- Train operations teams on new ProFile functionality, including writing procedures.
- Collaborate closely with internal development product owners.
- Maintain the QFS order inbox with accuracy and completeness.
- Partner with the invoicing team to troubleshoot client‐specific issues.
- Work on special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Project Manager in translation, patent filing, or localization.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with ProFile.
- Experience in operations, product support, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for documentation and team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and troubleshoot complex issues.
