This role owns and scales the entire paid user acquisition and creative testing engine, with direct accountability for CPA, conversion volume, and revenue growth.
/p pThis is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone passionate about performance marketing, creative experimentation, and data-driven growth.
You will own the full funnel, from creative concept ideation through aggressive campaign scaling, acting as the bridge between creative production and performance marketing.
You will work closely with the Lead Ad Creative Producer and serve as the final performance authority before campaigns scale to significant spend.

/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the entire creative testing funnel, from concept generation to winner identification.
/li liDesign and execute a high-velocity growth engine with zero downtime in creative testing.
/li liContinuously generate and test ***** creatives in parallel, producing and validating 50+ concepts per day using AI tools.
/li liDefine winners strictly (=100 conversions in a single day at target CPA) and kill underperforming concepts quickly.
/li liInitiate aggressive scaling of validated concepts through creative, CTA, visual, actor/avatar, and environment variations.
/li liLaunch parallel localization across priority languages (DE, FR, ES, IT) and emerging markets.
/li liMaintain CPA discipline during scale, including blended CPA across cold traffic and retargeting.
/li liBuild and manage retargeting campaigns contributing 10%+ of total conversion volume.
/li liExecute and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Display and Performance Max, Google and Bing retargeting, and emerging channels (TikTok, Reddit, X, AppLovin).
/li liMaintain strict asset naming conventions and campaign organization.
/li liOwn creative and performance analytics, including daily reviews, centralized tracking, and rolling performance reports.
/li liTrack CPA, CVR, ARPU, and LTV projections to ensure healthy unit economics.
/li liBuild and maintain automation workflows for creative performance tracking with 12-hour update cycles.
/li liTranslate performance insights into actionable creative direction for producers.
/li liCollaborate daily with UX researchers and data teams to identify new persona and avatar opportunities.
/li liProvide direct, detailed feedback to creative teams and ensure concepts target real, high-intent adult use cases.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid user acquisition.
/li liProven track record scaling Meta and Google campaigns profitably to $5M+ per month.
/li liDirect experience managing high-volume creative testing pipelines (50+ concepts per month).
/li liStrong experience with subscription or SaaS products; consumer AI products are a strong plus.
/li liExperience managing multiple brands or campaigns simultaneously, ideally in an agency or multi-product environment.
/li liExpert-level proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
/li liStrong understanding of the Andromeda algorithm, where creative signals outweigh targeting controls.
/li liHands-on experience using AI tools for creative production (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, DALL·E).
/li liStrong prompt engineering skills for AI-generated images and videos.
/li liAdvanced data analysis skills, with the ability to extract insights and make fast decisions.
/li liExperience with automation tools such as N8N or Zapier.
/li liClear, direct communication style and exceptional attention to detail.
/li liHighly execution-driven, data-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
