Store Manager is a key position in the store. Connecting and engaging with the team and customers, ensuring that daily activities are managed excellently, and steering the shop and team's performance towards success.
Key Responsibilities Lead and grow the business with a strong understanding of performance drivers and commercial priorities.
Monitor, analyse and optimise key performance indicators to ensure consistent results.
Design and implement action plans to boost sales and overall business performance.
Build long‐term customer loyalty by delivering an excellent experience and developing strong client relationships.
Ensure the correct execution of internal processes related to stock management, cash handling, logistics and operational reporting in line with head office guidelines.
Oversee day‐to‐day store operations, guaranteeing efficiency and compliance at all levels.

Provide regular feedback and guidance to help the team achieve and exceed monthly objectives.

Profile Proven experience in a retail management role.

Customer‐centric approach, with a strong sensitivity to service excellence.
Highly organised, structured and attentive to detail in daily operations.
Genuine interest in product knowledge and market trends, with an affinity for premium environments, fashion, art and design.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
