In return you will work with industry‑leading technology, backed up by stable double‑digit growth, an awesome (and modest) manager, and a creative and disruptive working environment. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 h3Market Intelligence /h3 ul liResponsible for the investigation and analysis of the Urine and Microbiology market in Italy (including industry trends, customer products/procurement/promotion/price requirement). /li liDetermine customers' needs and requirements, including clinical demand of assigned product lines. /li liAnalyze Italian market development in assigned product lines and Clinical Diagnosis trends. /li /ul h3Sales And Marketing Team Support /h3 ul liSupport the Italian distributors network with the formulation and implementation of marketing strategy and clinical demand promotion for current and new customers. /li liSupport the distributors with product trainings as well as end‑users onsite presentations. /li liSupport the distributor and sales team in tenders management. /li /ul h3Promotions /h3 ul liSupport in national conferences in case of need. /li /ul h3Product management /h3 ul liCollect local information for current and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes reporting with National Marketing manager and European team. /li liSupport new product launches. /li /ul h3Customer Relationship Management /h3 ul liIdentify and map the major key opinion leaders (KOLs)/experts in Italy on assigned product lines. /li /ul h3Technical Expertise /h3 ul liStay up‑to‑date with the latest advancements in IVD technology, diagnostic assays, and laboratory equipment. /li liMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing scientific publications. /li liProvide technical guidance to customers and sales teams regarding product features, usage, and troubleshooting. /li /ul h3Collaboration /h3 ul liWork closely with cross‑functional teams. /li /ul h3Quality Assurance And Compliance /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements (including new IVDR) for product documentation, labeling, and claims. /li /ul h3What are we looking for in you? /h3 ul liAt least 5 years working experience in in‑vitro diagnostics industry, preferably with Product Marketing experience in Urine and/or Microbiology field. /li liBachelor degree in Scientific field. Master degree in Microbiology or Clinical Biochemistry is a plus. /li liExperience of working in business market in multinational companies of IVD field is a plus. /li liClear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, whilst communicating in a positive and constructive manner with both internal and external customers. /li liAbility to work collaboratively with other teams. /li liObvious natural curiosity to go above and beyond expectations. /li liShowcase creative thinking and a willingness to implement new approaches. /li liShow agility and flexible thinking. /li liGood presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills. /li liFluent in written and spoken in English. /li liAvailability to travel 40-60% of the time in Italy. /li liAvailability to travel internationally if needed. /li /ul h3What’s in it for you? /h3 pWhat a team to join!
